Your real companies, in the order that saves the most time

Not a generic list of categories. You tell us who you actually bank with, which super fund holds your money and who sends your power bill, and the plan comes back naming them, each with the exact step for that company.

The order is the quiet part that matters. Driver licence first, because almost every organisation below accepts it as proof on its own, which means you stop carrying your certificate around after step one.

Every message written, in the right channel

Around fifty organisations, each wanting something slightly different. AI drafts a correct, polite Australian message for every one of them, with your account number, your old name, your new name and the proof they ask for already in it.

It picks the channel too. An email where the company takes email, a secure message where it does not, a phone script where the only route is calling, and a what-to-bring checklist where you have to walk into a branch.

Official forms come back filled in

The real government and provider PDFs, the ones with the awkward boxes: Medicare, the electoral roll, super funds, bank change of name forms. Every field we already hold is filled, your signature is stamped on each signature line, and today's date is in.

Where a form asks something we have not been told, such as your gender or citizenship, the card asks you first in a plain question and then fills it. Nothing is guessed on your behalf. You print it, sign it, lodge it.

Start on Lite, upgrade for $40

If you buy Lite and later decide you would rather not write fifty messages yourself, the upgrade to Powered is $40. That lands you at the same $65 total as going straight there, so nothing is wasted by starting small.

There is no time limit on deciding, and no subscription ticking while you think. Your plan and your progress stay exactly where you left them, on your device.

About government fees

If your situation needs a formal change, the state Births, Deaths and Marriages charges their own fee, generally between $130 and $220 depending on your state. That is paid directly to them, never to us. Our price only covers the kit that does the heavy lifting for you.

Pricing questions

Pricing questions, answered

What is the difference between Lite and Powered?

Lite is $25 and gives you your full personalised plan in the right order, a step-by-step guide for each organisation, a direct link to each one, and a progress tracker. You do the sending yourself. Powered is $65 and adds two things: an AI-drafted message for every organisation in the right channel, and official forms prefilled with your details and signature. With Powered you review what has been written and send it.

Is this a subscription?

No. Both plans are a single one-off payment. There is nothing recurring, nothing to cancel, and no account to create.

Can I see my plan before I pay?

Yes. Building your plan is free. You answer the questions, get your verdict on whether a formal name change applies, and see your whole list of organisations. You only pay to unlock the full kit, so you know exactly what you are buying first.

Can I start on Lite and upgrade later?

Yes. The upgrade from Lite to Powered is $40, which is the same $65 total as buying Powered outright. There is no time limit on deciding and nothing is wasted by starting on Lite.

Are government fees included?

No, and they cannot be, because they are paid directly to the government. If your situation needs a formal change of name, your state registry charges roughly $130 to $220. If you married in Australia and are taking your spouse's surname, there is no government fee at all: your marriage certificate is your proof.

What if one of my companies is not on your list?

You can add any organisation that is not already covered, and it is treated like the rest of your plan. On Powered that includes drafting the message for it.

What happens to my details after I am done?

They stay on your device. Your answers and progress live in your browser, not on our servers, and your signature is stamped onto forms in the moment and never retained. Drafting a message sends only the minimum needed to write that one message, and stores nothing.

What if I need to change my name again later?

Most people change their name once. If life changes again, you build a new plan when you need one. There is no ongoing cost in the meantime because there is no subscription.
