Drafting sends only your name and one organisation to our AI, the minimum it needs. It writes the message and returns it. Nothing is kept, and it can only write name change messages.

No. Your plan lives in your browser's local storage, on your device, not in an account on our servers. The only exceptions are a payment record, an email you send us, or the plan tips emails if you opt in.
No. Your signature is stamped onto the form on your device, in the moment you generate it, and is never transmitted to us or retained.
No. There is no login and no password. You build your plan, and it saves in your own browser.
Drafting sends only your name and the one organisation for that message, and only when you ask. Under our commercial terms with our AI provider, Anthropic, the content is not used to train their models.
Yes. Email contact@surnameswitch.com and we will sort it out within 30 days. There is rarely anything to find, because most of your data never left your device.
